Before I left, I ordered a pure sine-wave inverter allowing me make a portable power pack for my studio strobes. After running some initial tests last night with some mini sealed batteries, I now can bring along one or two of my 600W studio strobes for some serious outdoor flash creativity. Along with my speedlights, I now have several degrees of freedom when doing remote location shoots. Now to find the time and a model to do some test shots... any volunteers?
